東吳國會研究中心資料庫
本資料庫所統計之數據包含：委員會名單、三讀通過法案表、第二屆至第九屆(1992年-2020年)記名表決背景資料、和記名表決結果等。
常見的文本資料固然可以脈絡化的處理個別議題，但難以系統性的藉此瞭解國會整體。而本資料庫透過經驗資料的累積，將文本轉化為有助於測量的數據，以便以科學化的方式分析我國國會的運作與表現。
若有興趣使用本資料庫者，請先閱覽下述「資料釋出辦法(The Rules of Released)」後再填寫底部表單，本中心會立即處理與回覆。
The Rules for Released
資料釋出辦法
1.申請者（資料使用人）不得擅自藉由各種方式，如拷貝或影印等方式將資料給其他個人或機構。
The data and materials supplied by CLSDA need to be handled with care. They may not be redistributed or sold to other individuals or organizations by any means, e.g., copying, photocopying, reprinting, photographing, and reproducing.
2.資料用途僅止於研究與教學之用
Data was provided by CLSDA which are to be used solely for personal research, instruction, and policy suggestion.
3.資料申請人若有二人以上，均須在資料申請表上將其同時列為資料使用人，並填寫申請書。
Data used for research should provide a list of data users if more than one.
4.資料使用人利用該資料而撰成之論著（含手稿本）必須詳細書明下列中文或英文「資料出處說明」(acknowledgement）：
Journal articles, conference papers, books, book chapters, and other publications or reports that employ data or other resources provided by CLSDA should cite the data source. Format of citation must at least include the following:

5.申請者（資料使用人）如果違反上述任一使用規則，經查證屬實後，該使用人需自負所有的法律責任。另外，本中心將永久取消其資料庫申請使用權益，並在本中心網頁向學術界公布違反者之姓名、服務機構、職稱、及違反事項。
Individual who violates the regulations aforementioned are legally responsible for their actions. Furthermore, the ESC will permanently cancel his or her right to apply for ESSDA holdings. We will also announce the violator's name, organization, title, and violation in our home page (http://classi.ppo.scu.edu.tw/congress/).
